Made from 100% Carmenère grapes, this wine shows a spicy, plummy nose, and ripe, berryish fruit on the palate. Minimal intervention and gentle handling have been used to preserve the quality and character of the fruit. This wine is an impressive introduction to the Carmenère grape, and a very good value.

Bright ruby. Ripe cherry and blueberry aromas, with a smoky chocolate undertone adding depth. Sweet, fleshy dark fruit flavors are braced by juicy acidity, picking up dusty tannins with air. Offers an expansive array of jammy red and dark fruit flavors on the long, sappy finish. This is a serious bargain.

This rich, fruity Carmenere has been aged in French oak barrels and exhibits a wonderful balance between rich fruit and oak. Voted the vintage’s top Chilean Carmenere.

Intense and fruity this wine has fresh aromas of mulberry and strawberry that mingle with jammy flavours and roasted red pepper notes. Velvety and smooth, it has a full bodied palate and a really tasty finish!

Aroma: spiced aromas, soft green pepper, some tobacco, very fruity and fresh. Palate: gentle, velvety wine, medium-bodied, pleasant finish. It is different and surprises the consumer with its first impression.

The amazing red purple color is alluring. The first impression on the nose is one of freshness, together with a rich, complex and pure expression of blueberries, black berries and cherries, followed by notes of flowers, quince, chocolate and vanilla. The wine quickly fills the mouth and is round, ripe, with velvety, rich tannins. The long finish is refreshing, highlighting the acidity of the black fruits.

The 2010 Carmenere Reserva spent 10 months in second use French oak. Aromas of cedar, damp earth, herbs, spices, and blue fruits along with a hint of chocolate lead to a supple, uncomplicated but tasty wine with good balance and moderate length. At the modest asking price, it is a solid value.

This Carmenere is intense with plumy fruit flavors accented by spicy cedar and cloves. The nose offers a blend of black currant, blackberry, grilled red pepper and black pepper, and those flavors carry over to the palate. This wine shows balance with volume and soft but present tannins and a formidable aftertaste.
