The flavors of Northern Michigan. We fortify our apple cider with our Spirit of Apple brandy and sweeten with maple syrup that we cooked our an open fire last spring. Distinctly apple layered with sweet barrel aromas. The maple flavor stands out and lingers long on the finish.

Decadent ripe fruit combines with woodsy spice in this wine produced from 100% Bartlett pears. Because we source these pears from a neighboring farm, we are able to capture and bottle the opulent flavors of the perfectly ripened fruit. This wine is made in the port-style and fortified with our own barrel-aged pear brandy. Fresh, ripe pear aromas combine with musk and wood-driven spice in the nose, complimenting a delicately sweetened palate.

Rainwater is a medium dry pale Madiera that is delicious when taken before a meal, but also goes well with dessert. Its elegant and refined bouquet has made it a popular Madeira with novices and die hard Madiera lovers around the world.

The Florio Dry Marsala boasts lingering tones of pinecone, walnut and custard for a more austere and powerful style; deep brown in color and very spicy on the close.
